Common questions

Am I fast enough?

Yes. We are a no-drop club with at least three pace groups at every run, plus a walk-run option on Saturdays. If you can move forward, you belong here.

How much does it cost?

The club is free, forever. Optional Supporter memberships ($9/mo) help us pay coaches and put on events.

Do I have to RSVP?

Not for weekly runs — just show up. Special events with capped spots use the form below or the calendar link in our Discord.

What should I bring?

Water, a charged phone, and weather-appropriate layers. For Thursday Track we recommend lighter shoes. We bring a small first-aid kit and a charged headlamp.

Is there a chapter in my city?

We have 12 chapters and growing. If yours isn't listed yet, apply to be a Chapter Captain — we provide a starter kit and coaching playbook.

How do you handle safety?

Every group run has at least one trained run leader, a sweep at the back, and reflective gear in winter. Routes avoid unlit areas after dusk.
